We accept most methods of payment including Visa & Mastercard as well as cheque for existing customers and account holders. Credit card payments attract a 2% surcharge.

Please note that your credit card will only be charged once our customer service team have confirmed your order with you.

We endeavour to find the best rate with the most reliable service. If you have a preferred carrier we are able to notify you when goods are ready for pickup.

• Pickup: Although we don’t have a shopfront, you’re welcome to click and collect your order from our Thomastown warehouse. Simply select ‘Click and Collect’ at checkout.

At Medical Solution we endeavour to ensure that our website meets your needs. Therefore we do not have a minimum order quantity in place, allowing you freedom to place the exact order you need, large or small.
