The Mental Health First Aid Course is suitable for all adult members of the public and for use in all workplaces. It provides participants with the skills to recognise common mental health problems, knowledge of possible causes, and the skills to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health problem.

Your trainer
Our training is conducted by our highly respected trainer Paul Hill. Paul is an accredited Mental Health First Aid trainer with over 30 years of experience providing critical incident stress management support programs within the emergency services. He has worked closely with the broader community during major disasters and recovery from major incidents, delivering training across local government, warehousing, childcare and aged care with a focus on recovery and awareness of post-traumatic stress. Paul has delivered accredited Mental Health First Aid courses to industry and the broader community since 2018.
